Santo Domingo .- Dominican Sports Ministry Felipe Payano, announced the country that is completely ready "Reform plan and Modernization for SEDEFIR, towards a new Sports Management, an unprecedented step in the national sports.
In an act which he chaired in his office with a group of secretaries of state and others, Payano received at the hands of Ramon Morrison, president of the firm and Development Management, organizational development specialist, a series of volumes which were developed during more than two years of hard work where important information was collected from each of the different areas of the portfolio.
"Modernity has reached the SEDEFIR and now will enter the stage that all personnel of the institution to operate and be prepared to do workshops with employees and area managers for their knowledge and management," he added with pride and satisfaction .
He said SEDEFIR is ready to start a development plan for 20 years as a concrete product of the new System Planning and Monitoring of the portfolio, new guidelines of strategic processes, operational and support.
And went on: "Overcoming the concept of Human Resource Management Human incorporating the major instruments that it has to do with the contribution of people at all levels of the institution," he said.
