The Major League representative in Dominican Republic, Sandy Alderson, said yesterday that he is in the Dominican Republic with the mission of solving the problems of baseball, especially the use of substances for performance and ages for the signing of prospects .
Alderson said that will work together with the government represented by Sports Minister Fellipe Payano, and Commissioner of Baseball, Porfirio Veras.
The representative of Major League spoke in those terms when meeting with Payano in his office at the Ministry of Sports.
Alderson praised baseball equipment available to Dominican Republic, so that Major League Baseball has taken. Payano said that these works are carried out by order of President Leonel Fernández.
