Dominican hero Marcos Diaz made the journey successfully from Oceania to Asia, the first stage of his project Swim continents with the United Nations.
After some situations that prevented him from swimming on the agreed date (13 May), finally on May 14 at 7:55 am started swimming.
Mark swam a distance of 19.7 miles it took 4 hours, 11 minutes and 38 seconds. He went from Wutung Village in Papua New Guinea to the community of Mabo in Indonesia.
