Barca are waiting for the Arsenal, the owner of the rights of Cesc Fàbregas, take a decision on the bid submitted to sign the midfielder.

This has been explained Barça corporate CEO, Joan Oliver, who said that "it is a matter of speed."
"This is a three-way game and the third band (Arsenal) was not expressed in any sense," he said.
A few days ago the club made a formal offer for the player estimated at 38 million euros, according to several sources. Arsenal responded with a statement asserting that the player "is not for sale."
Oliver commented that the matter is clear: "There is a player who wants to come (to Barcelona), but has a contract in force. We make an offer and they (Arsenal) are not willing to sell. The problem is between the club and the player, we do not have invited to the table (for negotiation). "
Nor has much progress regarding the future of Touré Yaya. The Ivory Coast could be in operation to lower the transfer of Cesc and also has an offer from Manchester City.
Oliver commented that the club has not been set "a deadline to shut down" pending negotiations. "We can never predict when it will close an operation. In this market, when you set yourself a deadline, loses," he explained.
The general director of Barcelona has admitted that the club could be closed any more surgery, but is waiting to fulfill them "with the exact price" that would "defend the coherence of the operation."
As for the future of Sweden's Zlatan Ibrahimovic, linked with Manchester City, Barcelona's executive reiterated that the front "is not for sale" and that the club has not received "any formal offer for him."
In summary, Oliver has insisted that all negotiations will be closed pending "at the time that the offers comply with the requirements we set ourselves."
