32 golfers will play in the field La Estancia Golf Resort, La Romana, the four places available to represent the Dominican Republic in the final of the Golf Channel Latin American Championship to be held in Panama from 20 to 24 this month.
The national final, played for the first time in the country, will be done next. The same will be played over 18 holes on modalities "stoke play."
The competition aims to maintain competition between golfers of different categories and countries, giving priority to sportsmanship.
Participants who submit the best four cards form the native representation and play with golfers from Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica, among others.
