After four days of intense physical exertion, the boat Nerone was crowned in the Rolex Farr 40 World Championship 2010, held for the first time in waters of the Caribbean with the Casa de Campo Marina and main stage.
Nerone's team was led by the Italian Massimo Mezzoroma and Alberto Signorini, who maintained during the four days an uphill battle with the Australian Guido Belgiorno-Nettis in front of the boat Transfussion and American Jim Richardson and Barking Mad boat.

The first day of the regatta was sponsored by Casa de Campo, and was the winner of Transfussion first, followed by Barking Mad and Nerone second third. The winners received a beautiful replica of a sailboat at Farr 40 framed in glass and mahogany wood of our National Tree.
The second day of the race emerged as a good scenario, but the weather conditions changed with the passage of hours, which led to hours after the start of this competition was canceled due to lack of wind and rains day.
