Porlamar, Nueva Esparta .- Dominican Baseball team Tigres del Licey are talking to potential candidates for the manager position for the 2010-11 season, confirmed general manager Fernando José Ravelo.
"We're seeing different options. There are several lists that we are thinking about and evaluate the different possibilities," said Ravelo in New Sparta Stadium, which celebrates the Caribbean Series.
Jose Offerman was suspended indefinitely by the league president Leonardo Matos Berrido and manager Dave Jauss preceded it was also handed a two-year suspension.
"We're seeing what's there. We have not spoken to Rafael Landestoy as has been said, but maybe he is on a list. Luis Sojo who was also fired by the Cardenales de Lara, many people in which we have to think" said Ravelo.
The Licey was left out of the championship series for the first time in 14 years, according to Ravelo are underway to return to that path again in 2010-11.
