MIAMI .- The Miami Heat star guard, Dwyane Wade will miss the third consecutive game because of soreness in his left calf.
Wade has been receiving treatment since the Heat returned from his five-game trip. The Miami coach Erik Spoelstra said the NBA All-Star feels better, but did not put a date for his return.
Wade is averaging 26.1 points, 6.4 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Heat.
Spoelstra said Wade is still weak, but team trainers have told the coach that the lesion may improve quickly with treatment.
Point guard Rafer Alston, moreover, was sore after the game against Minnesota Timberwolves due to a problem in his right hand.
