
The dominican swimmer Marcos Diaz arrived yesterday in Rabat, capital of the Kingdom of Morocco to continue the project of the Continents Swim with the United Nations for the Millennium Development Goals.
The third voyage of the project linking Africa with Europe, from the coast of Morocco to Spain.
Diaz said he was eager to begin this phase of the project: "The next two swimmings are more demanding physically and technically. In the coming days will face a huge challenge."
Marcos and his team were welcomed by the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Morocco led by Ambassador Ahmed Tazy, Head of the Department of Cultural Affairs and the Dominican diplomatic representation in the African country led by Ambassador Francisco A . Caraballo.

This will be the third swim Swim Crossing of Continents. Recently, Diaz swam from Indonesia to Papua New Guinea Oceania to join Asia.

The draft of the Continents Swim with the support of the Organization of the United Nations and aims to create awareness among the people of the world to meet the Millennium Development Goals.
