The president of the Dominican Federation of Basketball, Frank Herasme, blamed the Government's failure has so far had Centrobasket Championship celebration 2010, by the lack of air conditioning in the Palacio de los Deportes Virgilio Travieso Soto.

"The state is the only culprit in this situation," said Herasme.
