Kyle Kendrick (6-4) returned from his stay in Triple-A Lehigh Valley and gave up one run and seven hits in seven innings for Philadelphia.
The Dominican Jimenez (15-2) allowed six runs and three hits in two innings.
Ryan Howard had two RBIs, while Placido Polanco and Jayson Werth had a pair of hits for the Phillies, who have won three straight and seems to be emerging from its recent slump on offense.
Rollins and Howard both had triples in the seventh inning, where the Phillies scored seven runs. For the Phillies, Placido Polanco 4-2 with two runs scored.
